Refund Policy

At FastCardOla, we strive to provide a secure and hassle-free experience for all our customers who choose to buy VCC online with us. However, due to the nature of virtual credit cards, certain conditions apply to refunds.

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds under the following condition:

Unused Cards Only

If the virtual credit card has not been used and no transactions have been made, you are eligible for a refund minus the card issuance cost.

No Refund After Usage

Once any amount has been spent from the card, we are unable to process a refund under any circumstance. This policy is in place because the value is transferred to the card, and usage makes it non-recoverable.

Card Issuance Fee

All virtual credit cards include a non-refundable card issuance fee of $10. If you request a refund on an unused card, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Example:

• If you purchase a $50 VCC and request a refund without using the card, you will receive $40 back ($50 minus $10 issuance fee).
• If you’ve made any transactions on the card, no refund will be issued.

Refund Request Time Frame

Refunds for unused cards must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date. After 3 days, refund requests will no longer be accepted, regardless of card usage status.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

To prevent abuse and ensure fairness, we reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms of service.

How to Request a Refund

Include your:

• Order ID
• Email address used for the purchase
• Confirmation that the card has not been used

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to verify eligibility and process your refund if applicable.
